Who are Loans 2 Go?
Loans 2 Go lends £500 to £1,500 over 18 months, at representative APRs of several hundred per cent. Because the term is longer than 12 months, these loans fall outside the price cap on high-cost short-term credit.
Its own published figures for January to June 2026 show 2,610 complaints opened, with 28% upheld.

Ombudsman decisions about Loans 2 Go
Published Financial Ombudsman decisions show how complaints like these are judged. Where a complaint is upheld, it is often only from a certain date or for certain lending. Every complaint is decided on its own facts, so these are examples, not a guide to what you’ll get.
