About us
This website is run by Claim Simple Ltd, trading as CreditRights, registered in England and Wales (company no. 11459714), registered office The Old Fuel Depot, Twemlow Lane, Holmes Chapel, Crewe CW4 8GJ. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority as a claims management company (FRN 830182).
What this website does
- We give general information about overdraft and irresponsible lending complaints, and offer a short check.
- If you ask us to, we introduce you to a firm on our panel of legal partners, who may handle your claim under a separate agreement with you. We don’t handle claims ourselves.
- Our legal partners pay us for each introduction. We don’t charge you.
- You don’t need to use a claims company. You can complain to your bank or lender, and then to the Financial Ombudsman, yourself for free.
